It's a spiral surprise!
Starting my Ketogenetic Diet November 1st, I thought I would have a hard time making low carb meals. Welp I was wrong. To my surprise it's been easy sailing coming up with creative recipes. This "Spiral Surprise" has been my favorite thus far. Very simple and easy not to mention quick.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 containers Zucchini Spirals
- 1.5 lb Lean Ground Turkey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup angel tomatoes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground comino
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup parmesan
