New Fitness Necessities

Nike & Gymshark oh my! A fit girl’s dream.

As some of you may know, Gymshark had a MASSIVE sale for Black Friday. When I say massive it was HUGE!! Up to 50% off which was a deal you know I couldn’t beat.

After obsessing over just about everything I finally came to a decision on purchasing the Flex Leggings in Peach/Charcoal ($38), their matching Vital Seamless sports bra ($34), and to top it off their new Aspire Leggings ($46) in the color beet.

I also went on to purchase a new pair of kicks. Now brace yourself for this one! I purchased the new Nike Free TR 7 Reflect white/glacier blue ($100). Now these workout shoes are phenomenal. I’m definitely a Nike girl and these were just perfect. They are comfortable, stylish, and has breathable support. These are very lightweight which makes training that much easier and perfect for hit intense workouts.

Gymshark:

Absolutely love the merchandise. The items are comfortable and form fitting keeping everything nice and tight. Extra wicking ability causing you not to notice any visible sweat stains while remaining fresh. Material is soft and stretchy yet does not sag after an intense workout. I especially love these leggings because I do not have to worry about them riding up and constantly adjusting them!

When working out it’s important to wear leggings that allow you to move freely without any unnecessary interruptions. Bottoms that are capable of allowing you to maximize every movement is essential. Sports Bra’s that are padded well are especially important for a high intense cardio workout. Gotta keep those girls strapped up ;)
