Welcome Back Bloomers!

Today on another episode of Cooking with Dreux, I bring to you another quick and easy recipe. Now if you are a salmon fanatic I know you will love this. Granted I am always in the kitchen thinking of new recipes to step outside my safe zone. On this particular night I knew I wanted salmon and I wanted a meal I was able to prepare that would not be time consuming. Having all the ingredients except the tangy specialty I headed to my local H-E-B to pick up my special ingredient.

Now let's dive right in!!!!

INGREDIENTS

3-4 Individual salmon fillets

2 Tablespoons minced garlic

1/4 Cup fresh parsley

1/2 Cup grated parmesan

2 Tablespoons dijon honey mustard

(increase ingredients depending on how many fillets)

DIRECTIONS

Combine garlic, parsley, parmesan, and don honey mustard in bowl. Oil pan with tablespoon olive oil & bake salmon fillets on 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and add mixture to top of each fillet. Put back in oven for 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy.

I used asparagus and brown rice & quinoa as sides which were a great compliment to this tasty salmon meal.
