Welcome Back Bloomers

Today I have something yummy on the menu for your fall dishes especially for the holiday's. SWEET POTATO MASH! Thats right.

When it comes to side dishes, sweet potatoes are my FAVORITE. There are many ways you can prepare them with so many different spices. Sweet potato mash is one of my favorite ways to prepare my sweet potatoes when I am meal prepping with turkey. I found this incredible recipe on Yummly and had to share it with you all. Some of you may know that I always tweak recipes I find and remix them to my liking but with this recipe I didn't have to. Although I did double the recipe because the ingredients called for 2 sweet potatoes and I usually use 4 for a total of four meals.
