Welcome Back, Bloomers!
I know a lot of you have asked for this recipe lately so I had to post it. This was my first time creating this recipe. I actually had no intention on writing a blog but when so many people requested the recipe I was prompted to put it down on paper. Now you can add however much spice you prefer.
Being from Louisiana I LOVE spicy foods. This meal is so flavorful try not to eat it all in one sitting haha.
Now I usually make sauces from scratch so this is a great quick recipe if you are in a rush.
Turkey Parmesan Meatballs
1 lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
1 1/2 tbsp Gourmet Collection Oregano, Basil, Tomato seasoning
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
Cayenne to spice preference
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix throughly.
2. Use a meat ball scoop for smaller meatballs or do as I did and make your own sizes by rolling in your palms. (For more meatballs roll them smaller or use the meat ball scoop.)
3. Pour 1 tbsp avocado oil into skillet on medium heat. Once heated add in meatballs.
4. Cook until brown and cooked through. Add additional oil if necessary. Set aside.
