I have some exciting news to share with you all. Last week I became a LIKEtoKNOW.it influencer. This is a huge accomplishment for us! Our blooming family has grown so much in the past 3 years and I couldn't be here today without all of you and your encouraging words and feedback.

I am always trying to elevate my brand and it is very important to me that my readers know how much they mean to me. You all know I have a 9-5 and I do personal training as well as having this blog. I won't lie, it is tough at times and I just like you get overwhelmed. How do I manage you may ask? I have a very strong support system. My husband supports me and my aspirations which mean the world to me. He gives me all the encouragement I need to continue to pursue my passion. Lately, I have been using an app called Fabstory that has helped me with my everyday morning and night routines. I am able to manage my time better now and I can go to bed with a mind at ease. I have become an avid user of Lavender and Eucalyptus essential oils in the morning and night on my wrists. This calms my mind and makes me feel relaxed and ready to tackle the day.

I am a firm believer in never giving up and giving something your all if you are truly passionate about it. I enjoy sharing my life hacks and tips with you all and hope that my blogs give you encouragement whether that is fitness motivation or encouraging you to start traveling and enjoying the world and all it has to offer. A year ago I applied to become a LIKEtoKNOW.it influencer just to see what my chances were. I had done little research about content creation and engagement on social media. I was DENIED. Optimistically, this only meant my work was not done yet. I began doing more research, learning analytics, reading about engagement, creating reels, and learning instagram hacks.
