Welcome back bloomers!
I have been taking some much needed self care time. Sunday was all about relaxation. After I cooked breakfast, it was time to get my mask on. I am not talking about KN95 either. Here is what my skincare routine consisted of this evening.
The Body Shop Japanese Matcha Tea Pollution Clearing Mask is just what I needed to cleanse my pores. Not only does it smell amazing, it does a fantastic job at leaving my skin feeling silky smooth. I have always suffered from oily skin and it is important to find products that help alleviate the glossy look I exude.

Did you know that matcha helps combat stress and relieves inflammation? This product does a great job at helping maintain an even skin tone as well. Give this article a read to learn more about all the many benefits for your skin.

One key ingredient is Dandelion extract which helps aid in sun damage. Research shows that dandelion extract can increase hydration and collagen production. Growing up I suffered tremendously from proscea and acne. For years I used Proactive and Murad products which they worked for a time period and suddenly would stop. It was not until I started to research more about key ingredients in products that I began to learn the good from the bad. Now, I consistently use green tea masks as an exfoliate to rid my skin of impurities and toxins. I keep my mask in the refrigerator, which when applied, the coldness helps assist with puffy eyes as well as tightens your pores. Other benefits of using a cold mask include reducing swelling, inflammation, wrinkles, as well as aging.
